Indulge in the most delicious gluten-free chocolate cake you can find, made with Mili’s “fine flavour” Venezuelan Sur del Lago cacao and locally grown gluten-free flour from Hodmedods. The decadent dark chocolate ganache includes local fresh raw cream from E S Boroughs and British-grown beat sugar. 

The premium extra virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil comes from Hillfarm Oils in Heveningham, the eggs come from Low Farm Eggs in Huntington. The kit comes with edible flower petals from our farm, Tiliags Market Garden and Charlie’s leaves. 

The gorgeous raspberry jam is homemade by Mili and the baking moulds are even made from cacao husk!

This cake kit contains the best locally sourced and delicious ingredients to make a beautiful and divine cake to celebrate any special or memorable occasion. Designed to be shared and enjoyed. Eating good cake makes you happy!

This cake is gluten-free and made with gluten-free ingredients. However, please note that it is prepared in a kitchen where other products containing gluten are also made. While we take utmost care to avoid cross-contamination, there is a possibility that this cake may contain traces of gluten.

Ingredients: Raspberry Jam (50% raspberries & 50% Sugar, apple pectin, Citric Acid, Glycerol), Raw cream, Caster sugar, 100% raw cacao paste, Chickpea Flour, Light brown soft natural unrefined cane sugar, Light brown soft natural unrefined cane sugar, Pasteurised whole milk, Eggs, Cold pressed Rapeseed oil, 100% cocoa powder, raising agents (E 450 (diphosphates), E 500 (sodium carbonates), starch, Sodium Bicarbonate E500ii, dried calendula and/or cornflowers and/or sunflower and/or rose and/or zinnias petals.
