Indulge in the most delicious gluten-free chocolate cake you can find, made with Mili’s “fine flavour” Venezuelan Sur del Lago cacao and locally grown gluten-free flour from Hodmedods. The decadent dark chocolate ganache includes local fresh raw cream from E S Boroughs and British-grown beat sugar.
The premium extra virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil comes from Hillfarm Oils in Heveningham, the eggs come from Low Farm Eggs in Huntington. The kit comes with edible flower petals from our farm, Tiliags Market Garden and Charlie’s leaves.
The gorgeous raspberry jam is homemade by Mili and the baking moulds are even made from cacao husk!
