Mili Mendez
I am a proud mother and a dedicated Venezuelan bespoke cake artisan in Suffolk. My passion for baking began over 20 years ago in Mérida, Venezuela.
After a property career, I founded Mili Mendez Cakes, which specialises in cakes made with hyper local ingredients and fine flavour Venezuelan cacao.
