April Round-Up: New Faces, Fresh Markets & Cacao Love

April has been a wonderful month — full of sunshine, community, and exciting firsts!

I started the month with my very first appearance at the Nourish: Food & Drink Conference & Tastebuds Market in Norwich. It was such a pleasure to be part of this vibrant event and to introduce my cake kits and cacao to a whole new audience. A huge thank you to Alex and Charlotte from Tastebuds — it was lovely to meet you both! I also really enjoyed seeing some familiar faces and soaking in the buzzing atmosphere.

Over the Easter weekend, I joined the Southwold Flower Company’s Mini Market, beautifully organised by Finishing Touches and the amazing Siofra. A big thank you to Liz and Roger for having me — the setting was so welcoming, and it made for a really fun and relaxed weekend. It was great to meet so many local artists and small businesses, including:

One of the highlights this month has been the fantastic response to the smaller, easier-to-use presentations of my Venezuelan Sur del Lago cacao. These new portions are proving really popular — perfect for baking, hot drinks, or simply enjoying as they are. I’m so happy they’re making it easier for more people to discover the flavour and quality of this incredible ingredient.

Thank you, as always, for your support — whether you stopped by at one of the markets, ordered online, or shared a kind word. I’ve got lots in store for May, but for now, I’m ending the month feeling very grateful.

Hasta la proxima!
